What Does FCA Authorisation Mean?
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) works with over 56,000 businesses and is an independent UK regulatory body for financial services providers.
When authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, a company and their information will appear on the Financial Services Register.
This public record together with the applicable regulatory rules governing our conduct, helps to ensures that the three core aims of the FCA can be upheld:
- Protect consumers
- Protect and enhance the integrity of financial markets
- Promote competition in the interest of consumers
