How Does It Work? Eight Simple Steps
1. You apply for a SUN from your bank
2. Your bank links your SUN to our Bureau number
3. We provide all the branded templates and documentation you need
4. We prepare and submit all your Bacs AUDDIS collection and payment files
5. We instruct Bacs to process them on your preferred date
6. Bacs directly transfer Direct Debit collections from your customer’s bank account into your business account on the same day
7. Bacs directly transfer Direct Credit payments from your business account into your payee’s account on the same day
8. You check your business account and are reassured that credits and debits are all in order
