Cheap Direct Debit FAQs
How are my FastPay invoices collected?
We collect all our invoices by Direct Debit. They’re not deducted from your collections to prevent any complications with your reconciliation process.
What length of contract can I sign up to?
There is no minimum contract period. We do however ask for three months’ notice prior to closing a flat rate Managed Service account.
Are there any additional direct debit charges?
Beyond a one-off set-up fee and low transaction charges, other fees which may occur can be found on our full price list here. We pride ourselves on our clear, transparent pricing structure. There are no hidden costs.
Are there discounts available for larger volumes?
Yes. Volume discounts are available to make your budget go even further.
Just get in touch for a bespoke quote.
I already collect by Direct Debit. Can I move over to FastPay?
Yes. We can oversee the smooth transition from your existing bureau to FastPay. We also welcome businesses who are currently managing a scheme in-house. Our friendly experts will guide you through the process to get you up and running quickly.
What appears on my customers’ bank statement?'
Your company name, not ours. How? Because you’ll have your own unique Service User Number (SUN), purchased by FastPay and registered to your business. This fully branded service extends to all documentation including DDIs and BACS reports for ultimate clarity.
